Fusion Fitness believes that every individual, regardless of fitness level, age, gender, or goals achieves the best results from a comprehensive strength and conditioning program in a safe training environment coached by educated, experienced professionals. Whether you are an elite athlete or just getting back into shape, our focus is to understand your needs and goals.   We will work with you on a training program that will make you stronger and more confident, putting you in the best position to achieve your goals. If you have any movement restrictions, we are trained to coach you safely through any alternatives.  We want you to feel comfortable in our facility. Commercial gyms can be intimidating, we strive to give you a welcoming, family-like feeling in our training facility. We want to help you love yourself on the outside and the inside. We are here to help motivate and teach you to become a better you!  

Our Team 

Frederick Brandt 

Owner / Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor 

 My name is Fred Brandt and I am the founder and owner of Fusion Fitness. I have a lifelong passion of living and promoting health and fitness within the community. In 2010 I decided to dedicate myself full time to providing health and fitness training and guidance to the people I serve. I am certified as a personal trainer, health and wellness coach, corrective exercise specialist, boxing instructor, TRX instructor and have a lot of experience in the gym. I have been boxing for many years and enjoy teaching others the skill. I am no stranger to injury either. I underwent neck fusion in 2010 and know what it is like to work around an injury and get yourself back into shape. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients from the young, elderly, elite athlete to someone who has never picked up a dumbbell before. I use my years of experience and knowledge base to develop a health and fitness plan that is best for you.


Reisha Allen

Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor 

I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. My circuit style Bootcamp Class combines weight training, cardiovascular fitness, and, most important, FUN in order to challenge my clients and help them meet their fitness goals.


 Eric Nickerson

Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor 

My name is Eric Nickerson and I’m 60 years young retired Sacramento county employee. I spent 36 years with the county and the last 10 behind a desk. I gained 50 lb and weight an unhealthy 250 lb. I was just a grandpa chasing granddaughters to sporting events with never a thought of exercise. Retirement was setting in and all my honeydew lists were complete, I knew it was time to make some healthy life changes. My daughter introduced me to Fusion Fitness in February 2016. My fitness journey began to change as I was introduced to to instructor led workouts and then turned my focus on proper meal planning for my goals. I have trained hard and have learned a lot from the Fusion trainers for the last 2 years. I have been able to get my body fat as low as 8 % where I then started my rebuilding. I have recently received my Personal Training Certificate, and with the continued training and mentorship from the staff at fusion Fitness I plan on working hard to be a great Personal Trainer.
